NOW HIRING MEMBERSHIP SALES ASSOCIATES
Status: Full-Time and Part-Time
Department: Membership Sales
General Job Summary:
Our membership sales team is responsible for acquiring new members into their club by selling a variety of membership options. This is accomplished by reaching out to people using the phone and proper communication with walk-in prospects. This person is responsible for using proper phone etiquette, conducting lively tours of our club, discussing the membership option that suits the prospect best, and always working in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Selling the right membership option to prospective members
Communicating with prospects via the phone and in-person appointments each day
Generating new leads from a variety of sources, such as social media, community outreach programs, and referrals
Giving a proper tour of our club to accurately showcase what we can offer
Setting up memberships that meet each persons needs
Tracking and maintaining all incoming traffic
Checking over all agreements in both membership and personal training
Ensuring accurate accounting measures through completion of our Daily Production Report
Completing and reviewing all club forms
Cooperating with other club employees
Reviewing and roleplaying expectations with supervisor
All other duties and responsibilities given by management
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred
Prefer a high school diploma
Basic computer skills

Outgoing personality
Ability to learn and take direction
