Location: South New Jersey (Burlington, Ocean, Camden, Atlantic, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland Counties)

As a Silvi Materials Regional Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role within our Concrete Sales Team. You will have the opportunity to manage a small sales team covering the Southern portion of the state of New Jersey. Silvi is the industry leader in this market with five concrete plants within the sales territory.

So, what does Silvi Materials Regional Sales Manager do? For Starters you'll be an integral part of our Concrete Sales team:

Manage a team of 2-3 sales representatives.
Report to the Director of Sales and work hand in hand with other RSMÆs in the company
Gathers leads from various sources including but not limited to newspapers, on-line construction news services, customers, townships, construction offices, drivers, vendors, and by canvassing the sales territory for new starts.
Procures appointments with contractors in an office environment and in the field to present the company in a professional light.
Tracks commercial, residential, industrial, municipal and highway construction leads from the planning stage of a project through delivery of our product.
Manage projects from start to finish by acting as a liaison between the client/contractor and the different Silvi departments
Visit sites and customers (on a regular basis), that are currently being serviced by our current locations.
Develop sales strategies that reflect current market conditions and will expand market share.
Aid the Accounts Receivables Department in collecting balances, as required.
Attend functions that are related to the industry and inter-company meetings as required.

Qualifications Required:

Valid DriverÆs License
Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Finance, and or Engineering Preferred
At least 3 years relevant sales experience
Well-experienced, focused on business objectives and highly effective in dealing with a broad range of internal and external customers.
Possesses solid communication, analytical, and management skills.
Possesses the flexibility/adaptability to change projects on short notice.
