Responsibilities:
What will I be doing in this position?
We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations:

Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers via cold-calls, warm leads, onsite at their residence, place of business or similar
Creatively prospect for new sales opportunities
Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts
Cover sales leads in assigned branch and/or territory and develop multiple additional service and/or pest control sales leads creatively for each respective lead furnished
Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy
Execute contracts on behalf of the company, observing company policies as to terms of sale and payment options
Manage collection effort on delinquent accounts of personal sales contracts
Contact customers after service is performed to ensure customer satisfaction and to develop additional prospects
Report unusual requests or questions from customers and any safety incidents immediately to direct supervisor
Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
6-12 months related experience and/or training in sales and dealing with the public; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older and possess an active driver's license with an MVR that meets insurance requirements
Are willing to work Monday - Saturday and some holidays
Must earn and maintain state-required training (provided) and pest control licensing
