Cases Worker Job Description

Preferred Bachelor's degree in social services field from an accredited university/college

Good interpersonal communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

Excellent organizational skills

The Case Worker will answer inbound calls from Clients calling in to discuss possible eligibility for the Buck County Housing and Community Development Program. The Case Worker will complete an application with client which includes collecting identifying information, rental information, household composition, employment/income information, and additional questions in order to determine priority level.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Sunday, 7am - 7pm EST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
