ROLE BREAKDOWN
Customer Service Associates manage customer concerns with the objective of always maintaining positive relationships between the customer and our business. You will interact directly with our customer base to listen to concerns, resolve problems, and recommend products/services according to the needs of each customer. Being high energy and fun is a must!
Role and Responsibilities
Familiarize yourself with the products we provide.
Rotate through multiple tasks required in the customer service process.
Keep a clean work area.
Operate computers and phones with accuracy.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via Phone, Email, and In-Person.
Adhere to all safety rules.
Ability to follow and adhere to the company policies and expectations.
Have fun at work.
Be yourself.
All other work as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
Ability to follow directions and instructions with accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
Detail orientated.
Be just the right amount of weird.
Physical Requirements
The ability to see details at close range (barcodes, order numbers, paperwork etc..).
The ability to communicate and understand spoken and written information/directions to and from coworkers and management.
Ability to complete repetitive job tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
