We are looking for an employee who can demonstrate phenomenal speaking skills, rapport building, and leadership potential as we expand into the future.
Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients
Serve as the primary contact for providing white glove support and problem resolutions for clients
Participate in special projects for growth and development as needed
Follow established procedures, update documentation, assume ownership of end-user issues and strive to provide excellent service to all business partners
Maintain required documentation and records to meet best practices
Strive to meet individual and team goals
Requirements
Demonstrate a friendly and professional phone demeanor
Possess experienced interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and vendors
People-oriented - enjoy interacting with others and working on group projects
Have excellent customer service skills and written skills
Demonstrate positive and professional behavior with customers and coworkers
Have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
