We are an independent property and casualty insurance agency in Lower Bucks County with over a dozen direct appointments with top-rated insurance companies looking for a
full-time or part-time Insurance Agent/Licensed Customer Service Rep/Account Manager.
The right candidate:
Must be professional, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Must be computer literate and willing to learn industry software and online systems.
Must have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with our clients by telephone, in person, via email, and through written correspondence.
Must be able to process paperwork accurately and efficiently in a regulated industry.
Must have excellent follow-through and follow-up skills.
Must be a team player and willing to grow with an expanding company.
Experience processing applications and changes on the websites of insurance carriers (Travelers, Safeco, etc.) is a plus.
Experience quoting using a comparative rater and issuing policies is a plus.
Experience utilizing The Agency Manager (TAM) is a plus.
A PA Property & Casualty Insurance license is not required but is preferred for this position.
We offer a competitive salary with a commission commensurate with experience in the insurance industry.
