Front Office Coordinator/Floater
Job Summary: The role of a Front Office Coordinator/Floater is to ensure that the office flow is running smoothly. They are the first face that is seen as anyone walks intoPA Care at Home Services and they are to greet every single client with a smile and respect. They are also the first person that they speak to on the phone always be courteous and helpful.The FOC/Floater reports directly to the CEOs and the ExecutivePartner.

Greets and ensures everyone signs in All notes in HHA system when calls are upon entering coming-in and out-going
