What's The Job? The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing support to senior leaders in the organization, with a primary focus on event planning and administrative projects for various functional areas. In this role, you will be reporting to our Willow Grove, PA office.

What Will I Be Doing? Here are a just a few things you can expect to do daily:

Plan and coordinate all company events within defined budget and timeline.

Work with internal clients to define the requirements and expectations for each event.
Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order such as venues, food, technology set up, etc.

Arrange on-site meetings upon request, assisting participants with catering, meeting room availability, etc.
Support the Executive Leadership Team with the scheduling and coordination of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to include creating agenda, complying data and presentations, booking events and/or coordinating virtually.
Lead various administrative tasks and projects in the Service organization in areas such as service coordination, training, and rentals.
Develop and prepare visual aids such as charts and graphs in Excel and PowerPoint for presentation at high level meetings.
Provide support with some administrative EHS tasks, such as Certification of Insurance requests.
Coordinate travel for key leaders in the organization as needed.
Maintain and prepare expense reports monthly for senior leaders.
Manage vending services at all locations.

Bachelor's degree in communications, Business, Marketing, or other related field is preferred.
3-5 years of experience, or 7-10 years of experience in lieu of degree.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate events planning
Handles sensitive information in a professional, confidential manner.
High level of interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Excellent organization and time management skills
