Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Pay: $35-$40 per hour

Company Overview: ProAutomated is a fast-paced and growing business in engineering field services. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and value to our clients. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in achieving their goals.

Job Summary: The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and manage the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office. This is a part time role that includes managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, organizing events, and handling a wide range of confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:


Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel.
Coordinate meetings and events on behalf of the CEO, including preparing materials and ensuring all Transportation and Logistics are in place.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the company.
Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Perform other duties as needed to support the efficient operation of the CEO's office.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting a CEO or other senior executive.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Ability to work independently and proactively.


This is a flexible part-time position (20 hr/wk expected) with competitive salary and benefits. The role is primarily remote with the expectation of meeting once per week in person in either Philadelphia, PA, or Newark, DE.
