POSITION: Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
Administrative skills and qualifications:

Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate with all the teams for organizing team events.
Proficiency in writing, good grammar, spelling, and can write/speak in a professional manner.
Provide a wide variety of administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team. This role requires individual judgement for assigned tasks while collaboration for many team meetings and priority requests.
Duties also include maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, tracking expenses, travel arrangements and coordination of immigration. This is a fast-paced working environment that requires the ability to multitask with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
This position will also have responsibilities including New hire offer letters/onboarding / offboarding, equipment ordering, software purchases and office supply ordering. Keep inventory for all office supply. Supporting Talent acquisition team for hiring in NJ office.
Creates / prepares meeting materials (e.g., PowerPoint deck; agendas) and ensure distribution to appropriate individuals in a timely manner. Take meeting notes.
This position will be Hybrid, will report to NJ office minimum of 3 days per week Monday through Friday.
Schedule, coordinate, and/or set up resources and technology needed for meetings/events

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of administrative support to senior leadership in a corporate setting.
2+ years working experience with Microsoft Office (MS Word - creating, editing, and saving documents), MS Outlook (email and calendar management), MS PowerPoint (creating, editing, and presenting slide decks) and MS Excel (filtering, sorting, and editing data in spreadsheets, formulas and creating pivot tables), social media LinkedIn
Years of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience
