COMPENSATION & PERKS Full-Time Hourly Position 100% Company paid medical for employee, plus family discounts Paid Time Off (Including your birthday!) 401k with Company Match Pet Benefits Tuition Reimbursement after 6 month This individual contributor position is responsible for various tasks related to staging, and preparing inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport and direct delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES Use handheld computers and radio frequency identification scanning equipment, process transactions, verify and troubleshoot inventory location. Accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot consistent with processing and safety standards. Complete multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and accurately complete inspection reports. Complete preliminary hauler inspections to identify and timely report issues that remove haulers from service. Consistently meet processing and quality standards. Maintain lot and workspace areas. Safely operate company owned vehicles Fuel inventory vehicles as needed. WORKING CONDITIONS Ability to safely perform physical requirements of the position, including: frequently move in and out of vehicles; frequently stand, bend, twist, stoop, and squat; regularly walk 75'; regularly climb ladders and ramps of up to 10'; regularly work up to 10' above ground; continually sit or stand for 10 hours; regularly push, pull and lift 20 lbs, and periodically lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to work in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, dusty, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions such as: rain, snow, heat, etc. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years of age and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, compliant with Company guidelines. Ability to operate a computer and company issued tablet and mobile devices. Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to frequently and safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles Ability to work variable schedule(s) as necessary. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
