Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Administrative Assistant- Clerical Receiving is responsible for the administration and communication for the Receiving Department. This position will be required but not be limited to, order processing, inventory, proper shipment labeling, shipment tracking, and data entry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Works under limited supervision and selects from written instructions and established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Responsible for reporting and correcting all issues that may occur.
Responsible for the monitoring of work orders.
Communicate with team members of all levels to ensure orders are properly handled.
Conduct inventory counts and audits.
Utilize computer-based warehouse and logistics systems.
Other responsibilities as needed.

Education and Experience

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum (1) year of relevant work experience is required.
Experience: Greater than (1-3) years of experience working with logistics, warehouse operations, or other equivalent fields is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of (1) year working in Warehouse Receiving

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.


Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Experience with Microsoft Outlook
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Microsoft Access
Excellent Math Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with all members of the supply chain team.
Knowledge of, and experience with, Sales Pad, GP, and SAP systems a plus.
Experience with an RF scanner is a plus.
Warehouse Receiving experience is required.
