Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our
Culinary Purchasing Manager position for culinary and environmental supplies and services contracts for our 26 communities in 9 states. This position is part of our Procurement and Contract Management team located at our Corporate Services Center in Fort Washington, PA.



In this role, you will be responsible to follow prudent purchasing procedures in solicitation of Requests for Quotations, utilization of value analysis techniques, vendor selection and awarding agreements for supplies, equipment and services, including capital purchases, and expansion projects. Develops and maintains strong relationships with community staff and suppliers.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:


Bachelors degree in business administration or related field


Minimum of five years culinary procurement experience with competitive bidding, RFQ preparation and analysis, and supplier relationship management



Additional specific experience in environmental services is ideal
