Mission:
The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for both maintaining, developing, and analyzing supply chain & operations related master data, supplier diversification support, import compliance documentation, process, and tariff reconciliation. This person will coordinate and perform day to day activities to support Centraks ERP/MRP planning master data. This person will use analytical and quantitative methods enhance supply chain processes regarding master data, import compliance, and supplier diversification. Assist Supply Chain team to develop and standardize new processes as we improve our supply chain tools and systems.


Responsibilities:

Import Compliance:

Manage the import/export process from start to finish, including costing, invoice charging and customs entries.
Liaise between suppliers, forwarders, and agents to obtain up to date shipment information.
Maintain all files ensuring they are costed and billed correctly in accordance with procedures provided by management.
Import and Export Compliance management, HRS code, annual BIS filing for the export of products, NAFTA
Establish ACE report reconciliation to ensure import tariff compliance.

Supplier Diversification:

Direct support to executive team regarding phase 1 and phase 2 of the supplier diversification project.
Own initial supplier candidate communication and vetting process.
Provide feedback for potential supplier selection. Key Strengths and Weaknesses by supplier.
Support supplier onboarding and setup post vendor selection.
Work with SCM to transition to new suppliers.





Master Data:

Complete ownership of production and costed BOM confirmations.
Work with suppliers to ensure all costed BOMs are up to date.
Serve as liaison for Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturers for BOM updates.




Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain or related fields preferred.
1-2 years Supply chain or manufacturing operations experience desired.


Ability to balance multiple priorities. Outstanding cross-functional skills


Intermediate to Expert level Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with general MS Suite.
Experience working in ERP systems required. Currently using D365, but open to any working ERP system.
Experience in data mining, analysis & reporting
Understanding of supply chain processes & willingness to learn and be involved
Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
