Responsibilities:
Copy Writing:

Draft copy for Investor Relations site
Develop and manage ongoing copy for Finance and ESG Intranet pages on The Vue, support development of a content calendar for ESG and EBS content.
Draft people announcements for key hires across the team, coordinate cadence with key stakeholders and distribution of announcements on The Vue.

Project Support:

Gather assets including data, imagery, broll and materials from across the organization on key deliverables across IR, Finance and ESG teams
Coordinate with Vendors to help ensure on-time delivery of materials/projects
Support ESG Communications Leader in creation of internal ESG communications plan
Support Snr Mgr Finance Communications in creation of internal Global Finance Communications Plan
Manage HR/Finance distribution lists with IT.

Executive Communications:

Lead development of Finance Town Hall agenda and program, including overseeing Transportation and Logistics, all content, slide gathering from presenters, invitations,
Write CFO LinkedIn Copy
Support development of leader talking points and scripts as needed


Qualifications:

BA/BS degree
5+ years of experience
Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
Ability to be flexible with time and projects.
Able to come onsite occasionally as needed.
