The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Actively train, supervise, and coach the Stock and Merchandise Flow (Receiving) Team in the receiving, processing, ticketing, sorting, moving and displaying of merchandise from the shipping/receiving platform through the stockroom to the sales floor
Maintain neat and orderly stock and receiving area and sales floor
Audit, validate and report on inventory using purchase orders and ticketing
Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
Receiving Orders
Checking Invoices and purchase orders
Organizing Stock Rooms
Counting Inventory
Placing Orders
Reconciling Invoices and filing
Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or use of a hand truck
Implements product rotation based on product code dates in warehouse and concepts, orders product and participates in physical inventory counts as required
