The eCom Team Lead, Customer Transportation and Logistics owns the Supply Chain customer relationship for Amazon and plays a key role supporting the larger RCL customer teams. They will drive collaborative efforts to optimize efficiencies, enhance service as well as to ensure Amazon is enabled to purchase our product every day.
Key responsibilities:

The eCom Team Lead is responsible for leading the diagnostic assessment of Amazons supply chain processes and practices to determine the appropriate analytical tools and solutions that will drive decisions and best in class results.
The position will need to be comfortable working cross functionally and building a regional strategy. A proven ability to nurture strong and productive relationships at the Director and Vice-President level at retail customers is necessary.
The eCom Team Lead, Retail Customer Transportation and Logistics role is responsible for direct supervision and leadership for a diverse team of Analysts with responsibility for Order Management, Collaborative Planning, and Logistic Efficiency activities. The team leader owns coaching, mentoring, and personnel development for their team. This individual will collaborate with internal Supply Chain partners to optimize service, efficiency, and customer engagement while driving key metrics such as Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, Truckload Utilization, Retail In-stock, Inventory Turns, and POS growth.
Additionally, this position will be an integrated member of the respective Customer Development LTs. This role will support and enable the growth of topline and annual forecasted goals. The Team Leader will be required to work within a matrix structure to partner across Distribution, Transportation, Supply Chain Planning, Trade Customization and Customer Development.
The candidate should have demonstrated their commitment and delivery of team and individual development. This individual must demonstrate a passion for coaching, training and with experience in leading moderate sized teams.




Qualifications



A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. An MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of business experience is required.
People management or supervisory experience is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in customer Transportation and Logistics, sales, planning and/or distribution is preferred.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to drive results through a matrix structure is required.
Experience within the Consumer sector is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
The ability to communicate across functional levels is required.
Strong project management skills are preferred.
MS Office proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint is required. SAP knowledge preferred.
Process Excellence training or certification is preferred.
The qualified candidate will have strong analytical and quantitative skills.
