A disposal and recycling company located in Mercer County is looking for a REMOTE temporary/temporary to possible full-time Dispatcher reporting to the Dispatch Manager. This Dispatcher would be responsible for effectively communicating with clients and drivers, sorting route details and providing continued support to employees. The individual in this role will be responsible for clearly conveying formation and ideas in a variety of situations, establish course of actions to complete tasks and stay on schedule as well as research and resolve escalated customer issues.The ideal Dispatcher would have 1+ years of experience working in the service industry. This person should have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
