Job Duties
- Montior field employees and various projects to ensure efficiencies
- Review all field documentation and check for accuracy
- Create, update, and manage scheduling for all projects and deliveries
- Check in vendors and keep organized records of purchase orders to validate all items received
- Field customer, salesperson, operator and mechanic calls
- Identify parts, and supplies needed for jobs, repairs to trucks for inventory management reporting
- Work under Director of Operations
- Monitor material levels
- Maintaine all vehicle registration, inspections schedules, and insurance cards to keep all information maintained and in compliance schedule inspections timely make sure all vehicles have the appropriate up to date documentation in them
Qualifications:
-Prior Dispatching Experience Preferred
-Prior Scheduling, Field Management, or Logistics work experience
-Professional communication, and great customer service preferred
-Knowledge and ability to learn and use various software program including Microsoft Excel required
-Extremely organized and punctual
-Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
-Experience with Quickbooks and TimeTracking Software Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
