We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher to join our team in our Old Bridge, New Jersey 08857 location.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail. The candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.

The candidate should be comfortable with the working hours of: Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.


What youll do:


Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules service calls and dispatch servicemen.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Monitor employee workflow and vehicle movements with fleet management software.
Enter and update information into dispatching software.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies.
Our Perfect Candidate


Education and Experience:


High school diploma OR equivalent
Knowledge of appropriate software including: Pages, Numbers, Apple Mail
1 plus year of relevant experience
