This position reports into the Senior Demand Planner and is based out of Skillman, NJ.

What will you do
The Demand Planning Co-op is responsible for tracking and reporting on topics such as product forecasting, promotional forecasting, process improvements, and inventory management. The Co-op will work closely with other Supply Chain functions such as Supply Planning and Project Management, as well as Commercial functions such as Marketing and Sales.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Candidate must be actively enrolled pursuing either a Bachelors or Masters degree and be at least a sophomore (but not necessarily taking classes)
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H1-B status)
Hybrid role based in Skillman NJ. Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work
Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the co-op position.
Desired Qualifications
Prefer Supply Chain Management or related majors (such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)
Minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred
Collaboration and team building skills; proven leadership ability
Analytical mindset and data analysis skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist
Willingness to investigate, solve, and leverage data to develop recommendations.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Dependable and reliable
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with V-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc
