Position Overview:
As a Transportation and Logistics Coordinator and Customer Service representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations within our warehouse. You will be responsible for coordinating Transportation and Logistics, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of JoyJolt.
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation and Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and couriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage warehouse inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
Conduct regular cycle counts and coordinate with the team to address any discrepancies.

Order Processing:

Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery.
Handle order-related inquiries and provide status updates to customers as needed.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to orders and shipments.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.

Warehouse Organization:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Documentation and Reporting:

Generate and maintain accurate records, including shipping documents, invoices, and order confirmations.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance metrics and inventory levels.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in Transportation and Logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Previous experience in Transportation and Logistics coordination, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
