Last Mile Home Delivery company seeks an Operations Coordinator for our Home Delivery operations. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in Final Mile and a strong skill set in operations, supervision, dispatching, and customer service. This position will assist the Operations Mnager with dispatching, driver communication, and customer service resolutions. 40 Hour work week will include either Saturday or Sunday or possible both as part of the work schedule.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but not limited to the following:

Assisting Final Mile Dock Load outs.
Supervise multiple deliveries and teams daily for seamless delivery process as established by company.
Support our customers expectations for all delivery services.
Ensure safe and efficient operations.
Quick decision making skills and strong attention to detail.
Assist the Customer Service Team in investigations and resolutions to customer or shipper issues.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve goals, and objectives.
Must be flexible to work week-ends

Skills + Qualifications:

Must have 1+ years Transportation and Logistics experience, preferably with Final Mile Home Delivery Background.
Demonstrated problem-solving, excellent verbal, written, communication skills and listening skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Must have extensive experience of dispatch with a good demographic knowledge of the area
Must be computer proficient and comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook and willing to learn our software.

Bi-lingual a plus++
