Privately owned and operated custom store fixture and millwork manufacturer seeking Clerk position for Hardware Department to join our team. KRG Enterprises, Inc. is a full turn-key supplier of custom retail fixtures and store environments located in Northeast Phila, PA.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a knowledge of basic hardware related to the furniture industry along with fasteners. Individual is responsible for pulling and staging Bill of Materials for all the necessary hardware required shop floor production. Candidate must have strong communication skills and has customer service mindset. Perform activities to help maintain perpetual inventory controls of materials. Work with company personnel as needed for shipping and packing items as needed for outgoing Transportation and Logistics via, FedEx, UPS or other carriers.
Position also requires driving company vehicle to regional vendors as well as customers in tri-state area for various deliveries and pick-ups.
We will train any applicant with the fundamental skill sets if they are willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
Receiving incoming materials and hardware from delivery trucks on a daily basis
Pull hardware from shelves and pack per work order to be delivered to production floor.
Sort hardware/material for stocking shelves
Execute accurate counting of incoming and outgoing parts
Continually organize inventory and keep area clean and clutter free
Drive company vehicle for pick-ups in a safe defensive manner
Maintain general housekeeping and keep department organized
Be a Team Player
Participate in yearly physical inventories
Requirements:
High school diploma/ GED.
Valid drivers license with no outstanding records or violations
Able to lift 50lbs. with no issues or concerns
Proficiency with math and computers highly needed.
General knowledge of fasteners and cabinetry hardware a plus.
