Job Summary: As an Inventory Clerk within the Food Service department at Six Flags Great Adventure you will be responsible for keying in orders placed by stand supervision at the end of each operating day. In this positon, you will also record weekly stand inventories, spoilage and product usage.
Position Responsibilities:

Assist/aid in daily operations of inventory procedures
Accountability for accurate inventory information
Net profit reports on items and recipes use in park
Track and record stand inventories, spoilages and product usage
Track and record weekly inventories and track unused stock
Improve recording of various inventory specific information
File all necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
Communicating to other inventory staff of any issues relating to a stand or warehouse level as far as lack or abundance of stock
Making sure the department has proper inventory levels of all products needed/ordered
Ensuring proper record keeping on the stand level as far as inventories and spoilage
Proper transferring of stock from stand to stand and proper assurance that FIFO is being used
Answering vendors questions both through email and phone calls
Constant contact with the stands regarding all inventory protocols
Going out and picking up orders when necessary from various stores

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Background knowledge in Eatec software preferred, but not required.
Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work productively across various departments.
Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Products with an emphasis in Access and Excel.
Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak and understand the English language.
Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends and holidays.
