Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of
Contracts Analyst. This position is located at our Corporate Services Center in Fort Washington, PA.
Job Type
: Full-Time; hybrid (remote 3 days a week)
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the company's multiple procurement programs, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with purchasing systems, policies, and procedures. Assists with the preparation of contract bid solicitation documents. Generates contract reports and prepares bid evaluation spreadsheets for supplier contract development evaluation, analysis and compliance.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of four years' experience with purchasing in the healthcare environment
Experience with an ERP system
