JOB DUTIES

Works directly with State Division of Motor Vehicles and Licensing Agencies in the processing of clients vehicle licensing requirements.
Completes state licensing documents efficiently and accurately for cars, trucks, and specialized equipment.
Works with internal and external clients to ensure proper licensing of customer vehicles, as well as make recommendations on best practices.
Responds to license related inquires via multiple platforms.
Processes licensing work, through our internal online systems, through working directly with State Division of Motor Vehicle, and through working with a third party licensing vendor.
Researches and communicates changes in state laws and requirements.
Subject Matter Expert in various States on licensing procedures.
Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares documents for cross-departmental processes.
Assist with training new and existing employees and assists co-workers with questions.
Maintains and ensures data integrity of vehicle information.
Works closely with Licensing Analyst on client specific parameters.
Responsible for troubleshooting licensing delays and working through alternative solutions.
Works with clients to ensure all of the required state documentation and inspections are included with licensing paperwork.
Proactive follow up on licensing to ensure deadlines are being met.
Ensure we are providing Raving Fans Customer Service to both internal and external clients.
Prompt and thorough response to inquiries.
Performs all other duties as assigned.


Education and/or Training:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience required
Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.


Relevant Work Experience:
1 year experience in administrative services or related fields
Knowledge of DMV regulations helpful; but not necessary

Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities to meet required deadlines
The ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high level of attention to detail is required

SME in State and Process specific areas of licensing.
