THE POSITION
:
Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, has opportunities for Associates to join our expanding Employment and Labor Practice. This position can be based out of our New Jersey or Pennsylvania offices.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
:
Qualified candidates will have 1-4 years of experience employment and labor law. This position will entail:
Defending and litigating lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
Representing employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.
Providing advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Pennsylvania bar admittance is helpful.
