The Homewood Suites-Newtown(Bucks County) is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor, Housekeepers and Houseperson to join our team!!We offer Health/Dental Benefits after 60 days, Hilton discounts, and 401K Plan after one year!!Guest ServiceMaintains guest service as the driving philosophy of the operationPersonally demonstrates a commitment to guest service in responding promptly to guests needCommitted to making every guest is satisfied * Meets or exceeds guest satisfaction measures.Ensures hotel standards and services contribute to the delivery of consistent guest service.Implements and practices guest service initiatives and performs to Gulph Creek Hotel StandardsRoom Attendant Duties.Thoroughly clean and re-stock guest rooms per 8 hour shift.Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set up.Remove all trash and dirty linen from all guest rooms.Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed.Prepare housekeeping cleaning cart for next days use.Responsible for timely and proper cleaning of guest rooms on a daily basis.Make beds.Vacuuming.Dusting.Room setup.Cleaning guest bathroom up to hotel standards.Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Gulph Creek Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working.Comply at all times with Gulph Creek standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.Job Type: Full-timePay: $10.00 - $10.50 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Cleaning Experience: 1 year (Preferred)Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:NoCOVID-19 Precaution(s):Remote interview processPersonal protective equipment provided or required
