Position SummaryAs a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team. The Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for preparing literature supporting marketing campaigns, and will oversee the companys social media accounts. In addition, as a Sales Administrative Assistant, in order to update job knowledge, you will be required to participate in educational opportunities such as monthly work shops and annual trade shows.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present marketing literature, not limited to - brochures, newsletters, product overview, promotional presentations, product write ups, social media posts, scripts for ABL products etc.Responsible for all administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of the sales department:Customer calls, note taking, updating Smart Sheets with commentsEmail correspondence with customer, vendors, and teamIngredient sourcing for lab and sample requestsMailing sample submissionsABL sample kit: fulfilling and mailingManage and oversee social media content.Maintain a safe and clean working environment and follow safety procedures by complying with company policies and procedures.Work under the guidance of the VP of Sales to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner.QualificationsAssociates Degree in Chemistry, Communications, Marketing, Business, or any other related field.A team-oriented employee with the ability to problem solve and work independently with little supervision.Communicate with clarity both verbally and in writing (i.e. email) using proper business language and grammar.One year of inside sales experience in the beauty [Register to View]
