Job Description: Sales and Marketing ManagerCompany & Role:Tyrex Resources, LLC is the premier service provider of scrap/used tire pickup and recycling services specifically designed to transform the industry. Our unique technology enabled collection process is leading the industry from a contactless service experience. As we continue to expand our market service areas, this approach creates a win/win for Tyrex and the clients we serve today.Tyrex Resources, LLC is now seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing professional to lead our Sales and Marketing responsibilities.The Sales and Marketing Manager represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase service awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends to understand our current pricing levels to prepare and submit professional proposals to customers, all while upholding the Tyrex Way of delivering exceptional service.Environmental industry experience and specifically tire recycling direct sales and marketing experience is a plus!Responsibilities include:Own ultimate responsibility for meeting or exceeding Sales and Marketing goalsCollaborate with Senior Management Team and key employees to develop and implement the Sales and Marketing PlanRecruiting, hiring, training, coaching / management of Sales and Marketing Team.Develop and implement unique sales plans inclusive of pricing strategies, advertising, email campaigns, website enhancement as needed, and promotional literatureGenerate and manage a sales pipeline within our CRM platform to drive sales revenue by securing new business opportunities and managing organic growth opportunities within our current customer base across all Market Service AreasGenerate professional presentations and proposals which clearly identify and demonstrate the ideal value add proposition for each specific clientDeliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and the highest level of customer satisfaction resulting in a vibrant referral eco systemCultivate strong client relationships through frequent communication methods, understanding client needs, and anticipating new market service opportunities.Represent Tyrex Resources at regional and national trade shows as neededManage and remain current on assigned training resources, upgrades within service features, and the technology behind those services as well as industry trends within both the segment we serve along with adjacent tire recycling sectorsJob Types: Full-timeReports To: CEOMarketing and Sales Manager Requirements:· A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology or specific related field experience· 3-5 years' experience in marketing or sales· Experience in management may be advantageous· Understanding and knowledge of Sales and Marketing· Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills· Knowledge of data analysis and report writing· The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures· The ability to work under pressure· Ability to pass background check· Valid Drivers License (Non-CDL)Compensation: Salary $40,000-55,000 (based on experience and track record) Plus CommissionJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Commission payEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location:Multiple locationsPaid Training:YesManagement:Key LeaderTypical start time:8AMTypical end time:5PMCompany's website:www.tyrexresources.comBenefit Conditions:Waiting period may applyWork Remotely:No
