Multi-Family Property Manager - Levittown, PA GREAT BENEFITS
Westover Companies is a family owned Property Management Company in business for over 50 years is excited to, be recruiting for a Property Manager position for a 200 unit apartment community in Levittown, PA. The Property Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team and to manage the day-to-day operations, including maintaining occupancy, marketing, establishing new leases and overseeing the team in order to meet the financial and operational goals of the company.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two to four years experience in Supervisory role in multi-family housing.
Demonstrate proficiency in working with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Multi Family software, Yardi, or Entrata a plus.
