AnB Education is a worldwide international exchange student organization committed to the support of cultural experience along with academic development. *AnB Education is a non-profit organization that recommends top-notch private schools for F1 students as well as a designated sponsor of the J1 High School Exchange Program by the U.S Department of States and provides superb Homestay arrangements to international students from around the world and operates the dormitory for Conwell Egan Catholic High School, PA.*
*Job brief*
We are looking for an experienced regional manager for J1 High School Exchange students placement.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will also be able to develop effective strategies and tactics to find public schools and host families for placement on time.

Assist potential volunteer families in the completion of their requirements.
Assist in developing and carrying out the marketing plan within an assigned geographical area.
Willing to work evenings and weekends to meet with families who cannot meet during regular working hours.
Organize and Attend weekend recruiting Events.
The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desired outcome to our organization
Recruit a minimum of thirty (30) volunteer families in a year.

*Responsibilities include, but not limited to;*

Facilitate the timely placement of J-1 exchange students with host families who will attend high school for a semester or full academic year. ·
Work with your supervisor, the Program Manager, and Program Director to create a development plan for the region, which includes recruitment and regional training meeting for LCs. and encourage the Lcs. to find more host families.
Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing, recruitment, public relations, and strategies to ensure availability of qualified applicants ·
Coordinate recruitment needs. ·
Will gather all information necessary to complete a CBC. · Analyze, respond to, and resolve recruitment issues ·
Bi-Weekly supervision meetings with supervisor · Will keep a narrative on each family inquiry.
Complete the Tracking form, ·
Manage and update the J1 portal and maintain compliance with Department of State regulations by ensuring local coordinators provide the necessary documentation via the database for all students placed in the region (proper host families, host family information forms and school permission forms, contact logs,)
Work closely with the staff in the HQ office through regular email, phone, and Teams communication.
Resolve the issues related to the high school exchange program.
Prepare reports for the program supervisor.

*Requirements*

Knowledge and experience in areas of recruitment and public relations
A strong background/experience in high school student exchange is required for this position.
Provide a statement regarding the J1 high school programs proven experience. · Knowledge and experience in areas of recruitment and public relations
2 years work experience with foster/adoptive families or volunteer host families.
Excellent written/oral presentation skills
Ability to work in a multicultural and linguistic work environment
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media savvy ·
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principle
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management
Software (Basecamp, MS Project, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills & Excellent communication skill. · Excellent problem-solving ability & Excellent written and oral communication skills.
