PROGRAM COORDINATOR - RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOME-CAMDEN, NJ
SOUTH JERSEY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RESOURCES, INC. (SJBHR), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which may qualify for public service loan forgiveness, is a community-based mental health organization dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services since 1984. SJBHR is currently seeking a full-time Program Coordinator. Salary range $48,000 - $52,000. We offer a robust benefits and time off package.
Under the supervision and direction of the Assistant Director of Residential Services or other manager, the Program Coordinator plans, manages, administers, and coordinates the operation of assigned programs, including the supervision of staff engaged in program operations. The Program Coordinator develops and supports the enhancement of services to consumers and manages administrative and financial matters in accordance with program and agency policy.,
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday 9a-5p. Individual must be accessible by phone and available during off hours.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited college/university with a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related discipline with a minimum of one (1) year experience in the mental health field is required. One (1) year of supervisory experience is preferred.
Licensure is required for persons with a social work degree (MSW).
Valid drivers license is required. Drivers abstract must meet insurance carriers requirements. Valid CPR and first aid certification is required upon employment or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
Upon hire, must satisfactorily complete the SJBHR orientation and competency based adult mental health rehabilitation program training.
