Woods Services is a Pennsylvania and New Jersey-based non-profit population health network and advocacy organization that along with its six affiliate organizations provides life-long innovative, comprehensive and integrated health, education, housing, workforce, behavioral health and case management services to more than 22,000 children and adults in the intellectual and developmental disability, child welfare, behavioral and brain trauma public health sectors who have complex and intensive medical and behavioral healthcare needs. Our Langhorne campus is home to 550 residents, and provides outpatient and day programs.



Salary:
Responsibilities:

Performs typing for the educational program as requested.
Maintain and update the Education Certification Database as new staff are hired and old staff are termed using the Access database.
Maintain a hard copy of all current Professional Education Certificates per academic school year for use in educational audits.
Submit requested student and educational data as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education PIMS system using a modified version of Excel Spreadsheets.
Assists in identifying needed inservice activities and developing the Inservice day schedule.
Maintains the Education Program Act 48 Monitoring Record System (PERMS) using a modified version of Excel Spreadsheets.
Enters data into the PDE Act 48 PERMS website database and forwards letters to staff indicating completion of all Act 48 activities.
Maintain a hard copy of all submitted PERMS documents.
Collect and forward Medicaid Related Services Tracking Sheets to the appropriate out of state school districts.
Collect, review and submit all pertinent paperwork to comply with Pennsylvanias Access Medicaid Related Services System.
Maintain complete files, including all required documentation as outlined by Pennsylvanias Access Medicaid Related Services System.
Performs receptionist and secretarial duties as needed.
Attends scheduled in-serviced days and training courses as required by the program.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrate ability to carry out instructions from both written and verbal sources.
Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Demonstrated working knowledge of computers including Access Database and Excel Spreadsheets.
Position requires excellent secretarial and organizational skills.
Position requires initiative, independent judgment, and proficiency of all duties while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
PA Act 114 & FBI Background Clearances are required.
