Potential is a non-profit organization serving individuals with Autism across the lifespan. We're an established, thriving organization that is expanding to serve new clients. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team of professionals. Here you will be surrounded by a warm, caring team that loves its work and those we serve.
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) help adults with disabilities to reach their full potential by teaching communication skills, assisting with activities of daily living, reducing behaviors that interfere with quality of life, promoting independence, and integrating clients into the home and community. Services take place in private homes and the community, NOT in a group home or residential care facility.
DSP Schedule (Part-time, Monday - Wednesday)
Mondays - 8:30 am - 1:30 pm
Tuesdays and Wednesdays - 8:30 am - 1 pm
(approximately 14 hours per week)
We have immediate openings! Training starts after an offer is made and all mandatory clearances have been submitted and reviewed.
Job Responsibilities

Work with adults (21 years of age and older) with varying service needs
Implement individual service plan goals and behavior support plan
Maintain participant safety and confidentiality
Complete service notes and Electronic Verification Visitation Appointments accurately
Daily data collection

Job Requirements

High School diploma required
Must pass required background checks
Ability to transport participants in your personal vehicle

Must have up-to-date license, registration, and car insurance

Be able to engage with the participant you're supporting
