Potential is a non-profit organization serving individuals with Autism across the lifespan. We're an established, thriving organization that is expanding to serve new clients. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team of professionals. Here you will be surrounded by a warm, caring team that loves its work and those we serve.Our Administrative Assistant is responsible for carrying out overall front office activities. This is an entry-level position that requires someone who possesses a professional presence to answer and direct phone calls and in-person inquiries, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.*Responsibilities*

Greets visitors and participants upon arrival and notifies relevant staff of arrivals and departures
Maintains visitor, staff, and participants logs as individuals enter or exit the building
Issues visitor badges


Answers and directs phone calls
Monitors and ensures the reception and waiting areas are kept tidy and projects a business-like image
Performs daily Clerical and Administrative and administrative tasks as assigned such as:
Assisting with scheduling
Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies
Sorting and classifying physical and digital files
General data entry
Auditing/running reports

*Working Conditions*Standard office environment with no workplace hazards. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. Must be able to sit and work on a computer for extended periods of time.*Skills, Knowledge, and Experience*

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or receptionist
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Google Suite a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with office equipment (ie., fax machines and printers)
Scheduling experience preferred

Education

A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required

Pay: $27,000.00 - $31,000.00 per year
