Operations Coordinator

Micronetbd Incorporated, based in Hamilton, NJ, is seeking to hire an Operations Coordinator for the role of supporting our inhouse staff of Software Developers and Project Managers. The position is full time and it will require onsite work. This will not be a remote position. We are looking to fill this position as soon as is possible.

You will work under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be required to manage meeting scheduling (Zoom and In-person) and oversee the activities of a group of offshore resources addressing similar requirements who are assigned to individuals on our staff. The ability to multi-task and work independently is critical. This is a new position with our rapidly growing group of software engineers. Consequently, this is an opportunity to make decisions regarding how you will be addressing these duties in the most effective way.

This position offers $15.00/Hour. Our hours of operation are 10am to 7pm Monday through Friday.

Proficiency with Office Software - Excel, Google Mail, PowerPoint, etc.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic math skills and the ability to communicate effectively; verbally and in writing is essential.
Ability to speak fluent English and write well in English is required.
Team player

Job Duties:

Ability to take detailed notes and participate in meetings.
Enter data into our CRM system and/or spreadsheets; respond to and generate emails.
Review files and records and to answer requests for information.
Possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ensure data is entered accurately, effectively, and in a timely manner.
Maintain daily communication with employees, vendors, and associates.
Able to work a flexible schedule and extended hours as needed.
Strive to continuously build knowledge and skills.
Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Reliability and punctuality are an absolute must.


High School diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a team oriented and collaborative environment.
