Law Firm offers an excellent opportunity for a Senior Paralegal / Legal Secretary to join our quickly growing Freehold office team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plaintiff's personal injury, criminal defense and real estate - and be eager to learn and grow.
Position Tasks: Opening files and keeping them organized and maintained through completion; Drafting documents and motions; Maintaining attorney's calendars; Interacting with clients and attorneys; Revising real estate contracts; Other tasks that arise in a general law practice.
Requirements: (1) At least 4 years of prior law office experience; (2) Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel and Quickbooks; (3) Ability to multi-task and think creatively
Compensation: Salary to be based on experience and/or other qualifications. The position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity to be part of the firms continued growth.
