We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivatedBilingual Property and Casualty Insurance ManagerBilingual Property and Casualty Insurance Manager to join our client, a growing Insurance Agency. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the company's book of business while efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Expand business reach through effective networking techniques
Ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations
Identify and track areas of improvement within the organization
Manage employee HR records and facilitate new hire orientation
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain a positive and efficient working environment for the team
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance, hiring, managerial/customer service role, or related fields
Proven ability to build rapport with clients and employees
Strong negotiation skills to enhance business relationships
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Great written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail in all aspects of work
Familiarity with computer systems and software relevant to the insurance industry
