Salary Range: 33000.00 - 60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals and objectives as established.
Solicit new business via telephone, email, networking, and other lead sources.
Prepare insurance quotes, makes sale presentations, and close sales.
Answer calls from customers and help solve problems.
Process customer policy change requests, secure all Trailing Documents from customers, complete Evidence of Insurance requests, document each customer contact and take premium payments from customers.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Must be willing and able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
Must be willing and able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license within two years.
Career minded vision.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach able.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Professional phone etiquette and great listening skills.
