We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support our pharmacy operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the talent acquisition process and prioritize work to match the annual headcount plan within the approved budget.
Establish recruitment policies/regulations and communicate them to hiring managers.
Assess HR recruiting trends and needs to support leaders in staffing planning.
Direct the development, management and maintenance of job descriptions to ensure that the elements achieve expected results.
Responsible for the JDR Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1 submission and Vets report submission.
Prepare and submit budget requirements for talent acquisition and onboarding, in partnership with leadership every Fiscal Year.
Manage talent acquisition budget plan, as approved and monitors expenditures against plan, and investigates and reports on variances.
The position is also responsible for providing routine updates on information such as open positions, time to fill, expenses, etc.
Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding top-quality candidates for professional exempt and non-exempt positions within JDR.
Oversee all new hires processing (pre-employment screening for centralized and descentralized processes).
Leverage online recruiting resources, company HRIS/PeopleSoft and networking to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
Build strong interpersonal relations with hiring managers, key department heads, and the HR team to guide and drive the recruitment process.
Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between professional and non-professional candidates and hiring managers.
Develop and implement Talent Acquisition vision and strategies, in response to evolving market conditions and trends.
Maintain excellent business relationships with hiring managers, candidates, universities and the community as well as cultivates candidates networks.
Ensure JDR has great social media platform content related to open positions, benefits, recruiting campaigns, etc.
Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
Identify and attend job fairs and college recruitment events.
In partnership with the NA head of TA, the manager will develop ROI and related metrics to measure TA function success and present to leadership on a regular basis.
Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies.
Develop and oversee complete onboarding process for all new hires to include employee orientation, coordination with L&D for ComplianceWire assignments and benefits information.
Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines;
Perform other related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Communication or HR related field required.
PHR/SPHR or other relevant HR certification preferred.
Must be able to successfully pass companys background check and pre-employment drug test.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in full life-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, tracking, negotiating and closing positions).
2-4 years experience in high volume recruiting and onboarding, strongly preferred.
2 years experience in managing a talent acquisition team.
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills.
Strong attention to detail required.
Proven ability to follow-up, communicate effectively and work with all levels within an organization.
Customer focused; team oriented.
