The Talent Acquisition Specialist will coordinate the efforts and activities within the Early Careers Recruiting Team while serving as the primary point of contact for the team.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Providing excellent candidate care and experience, managing central teams channel and inbox
Event Planning Support including administrative, calendar management, booking travel and vendor management
Presentation creation and support
Onboarding support for new hires including partnering with IT, processing background checks, hiring into Workday and coordinating monthly engagement activities for new hires
Collection and coordination of distribution of metrics, analytics, and reporting
Analyze metrics to identify trends and review with team

Skills and Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create and facilitate presentations (in person and virtual)
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
Proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, Teams
Experience leveraging various social media tools (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to promote the talent brand
Previous experience working Talent Acquisition technology (iCIMS, HireVue, textrecruit, etc) preferred

Candidates must have at minimum 1-2 years of experience in campus recruitment or event planning . Retail industry experience in TA or HR is preferred along with a Bachelors degree in HR, Office Management or Business Management.
