Reports directly to the Administrator. The primary purpose of this position is to assume responsibility of recruiting for basic level positions, including but not limited to: CNAs, Nurses, Housekeepers, Dietary Aides, and Laundry Aides.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in posting open positions on job boards
Contacting all applicants within a 24-hour period
Scheduling interviews for candidates at the facility
Staying in touch with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process
Communicating and following up with each individual team member during their first 90 days
Reporting interviews, hires, and orientation attendees
Scheduling and coordinating all center recruiting activities
Track and trend all applicant, hire and terms
Chair Retention and Recruiting Committee
Establish and implement retention programs in the center
Establish relationships with all local school and/or community based programs to hire applicants
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to relate to people effectively and appropriately
Proficiency in Excel and Word
