We are currently seeking an in office experienced home health recruiter with social media experience. This candidate will recruit HHA, CNA, LPN, and RN candidates for Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks counties. Successful candidates must have solid home health recruiting experience along with social media (Facebook, Instagram, blog sites, and various online organizations) and be willing to work in the office. This is not a remote position!
As a healthcare recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Previous social media experience with content or campaign creation.
Must be willing to attend in person and virtual career fairs, visit education institutions and attend other recruiting events
Must work with office personnel to understand personnel needs and recruit based upon these needs.
The candidate will also be tasked with onboarding by gathering all required documentation and scheduling candidate(s) for interviews, training, etc.
As a healthcare recruiter with social media, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that recruits our long-term, skilled departments and office to provide our clients with medical staff to allow them to remain in their homes.
