Better Home Care is currently seeking an experienced home health recruiter with social media experience. This candidate will recruit, HHA, CNA, LPN, and RN candidates for Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks counties. Successful candidates must have solid home health recruiting experience along with social media (Facebook, Instagram, blog sites and various online organizations).
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Previous social media experience with content or campaign creation.
Be able to generate monthly company newsletter, pertinent articles, employment opportunities, etc.
The candidate will also be tasked with onboarding by gathering all required documentation and schedule candidate(s) for interviews, training, etc.
As an HR recruiter, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides recruitment for our long term, skilled departments and office to provide our clients with medical staff to allow them to remain in their home.
