RECRUITER, HOME CARE: Part-Time / Remote Princeton, NJ
Compensation: $20.00 an hour plus commission, depending on experience
Akin Care Senior Services, a premier in-home senior care agency, is seeking a Part-time Recruiter to assist our fast-paced and friendly team. This can be a Remote Position. We are a small family-owned agency looking to support continued growth with a recruiter. Our ideal candidate:
Enjoys speaking with candidates over the phone and is able to convey Akin Cares passion for caring for the elderly
Motivated to meet quick deadlines
Work with others to create and implement common team goals
Quick to learn simple online scheduling software
Has excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Enjoys working independently and proactively
Recruiters Responsibilities:
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline, i.e., many online jobsites and print media
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, applications, and performing basic phone interviews
Call potential candidates to schedule interviews and follow-ups to confirm their availability for Home Care Manager
Actively participate in recruiting ideal candidates by designing, refining, and managing postings, job descriptions, and customizing the recruitment phone script."
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Position Requirements: High School Diploma
Home Care experience a plus but not required Proficient in MS Office Suite
Proficient in Online Research
Two years of recent recruitment and customer service experience Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Must have internet connection
