Human Resources Manager
Reports to: General Manager
SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties for Novacart USA. This professional will work closely with NJ and CA sites. This position carries our responsibilities in the following functional areas employee relations, training, performance management, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance, benefits. HR administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all plant personnel; assists in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, open enrollment, and communicating benefit information to employees.
Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program; writes and places advertisements.
Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Assists in the evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed.
Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
Administers FMLA/ADA and any employee Leave of Absence.
Assist in performance management processes.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

Education/Training:

A bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
At least three to five years of human resources experience in plant operations or human resource management.
SPHR or PHR desired.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
