Our client a manufacturing facility seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager. This position will report to the Regional Human Resources Manager and coordinates the efforts of the manufacturing facility. This facility is a 7x24x365. Oversees the day-to-day activities of the human resources department. Verifies conformance to policies and procedures; prepares reports; maintains record keeping and reporting requirements are accurate and timely; prepares performance reviews, new hire paperwork and handbook materials; assists in development of HR policies/procedures and recruitment activities, and performs a variety of related HR duties.
Qualifications & Background:
Successful candidate will possess a degree with a minimum of 5 years of HR managerial experience. Will have strong HR Generalist skills, including skills in employee recruitment, training, coaching, problem solving, dispute resolution, Bi-lingual in Spanish and both written and oral communication. This is a hands on, roll up your sleeves type position.
